Chester Memorial Hospital issued the following announcement on Dec. 21.
As of 1/1/19, WellCare will migrate its Harmony IL Medicaid members TO THE MERIDIAN platform.
This is great news for patients who chose to stay with Harmony and have had to transfer care.
As of 1/1/19, we will be contracted with all 4 IL Medicaid Managed plans that are being offered in our area: BCBS, Molina, Meridian, and Illinicare.
