Ellis Grove Fire Department issued the following announcement on Jan. 29.
Today we had to say our last good bye to one of our brothers Jeff Surman. This is a video of the procession from the funeral home to place of internment at the Ellis Grove Cemetery. Stopped the video just after passing the fire department with him for his last time.
Rest in peace brother until we meet again you will be missed by all.
