Administrators in Red Bud Community Unit School District 132 earn an average of $89,991 per year, ranking 607th out of 864 districts in the state, according to a SW Illinois News analysis of the latest Illinois schools report card.

The 2018 average is 0.9% lower than in 2014 and 1% lower than in 2009. District administrators make 16.1% less than the state average of $107,279.

Administrator salaries depend on the district's size, location and resources, as well as the individual's level of experience and education, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

The Randolph County school district enrolled 1014 students in 2017-18. There is an average of 203 students for every administrator, compared to a statewide ratio of 181 to 1.
