City of Red Bud Code Enforcement Committee met Dec. 17.

Here is the minutes provided by the committee:

Committee Members Present: Clem Esker, Bill Hanebutt, Mike Reed, Kyle Donjon, Susan Harbaugh

Committee Members Absent:

Council Members Present: Curt Guebert, Glenn Linnertz, David Friess

Council Members Absent:

Others Present: Mayor Tim Lowry, City Attorney Paul Ray, City

Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Admin. Jeff Mueller,

Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin. Assist. Pam

Poetker, City Clerk Joanne Cowell

Committee Chairman Esker called the meeting to order at 7:25 P.M.

New Business

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting November 19, 2018

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Harbaugh to approve the minutes from the November 19, 2018 meeting. Carried

II. Sidewalk/Crosswalk Request in EIP – Mike Moll

Mike Moll approached the committee to request permission to install sidewalks and crosswalk signs from UltraPlay’s parking lot to the building on Kennedy Drive.

Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Reed to approve the request from Mike Moll to install sidewalks and crosswalk signs from UltraPlay’s parking lot to the building on Kennedy Drive. Carried

III. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City

Committee Chairman Esker questioned the senior center attendance report, as he was interested in the actual number of Red Bud citizens who were eating at the senior center. Harbaugh said she would contact them and see if they could keep manual records.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:29 P.M.
