Mayor Robert L. Spencer called the special meeting of the Pinckneyville City Council to order at 8:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall. Members present: Commissioners Kevin B. Hicks, Sammy D. Peradotta, David M. Stone, and Mayor Robert L. Spencer. Commissioner Stotlar was absent. Mayor Spencer declared a quorum present. Administrative staff present: Billing Clerk Terri Lindner and Attorney Don Bigham.
ORDINANCE NO. O-2019-01 OPTION AND LEASE AGREEMENT WITH 312 SOLAR DEVELOPMENT LLC
Mayor Spencer asked for a motion and a second for Ordinance No. O-2019-01, a resolution placed on file at the January 18, 2019 Special Council Meeting to approve an Option and Lease Agreement between 312 Solar Development LLC, and the City of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois. Commissioner Hicks made a motion to approve Ordinance No. O-2019-01. Commissioner Stone seconded the motion. On roll call: Commissioners Hicks, Peradotta, Stone, and Mayor Spencer voted YEA. NAYS: None. Motion declared carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Hicks to adjourn the special meeting. On roll call: Commissioners Hicks, Peradotta, Stone, and Mayor Spencer voted YEA. NAYS: None. Motion declared carried and the special meeting was adjourned at 8:02 a.m.
