How did Sandra Sauget spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Sandra Sauget's election campaign committee, Friends of Sandy Sauget, spent $2,538 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Sauget's committee spent the most on promotional items in the quarter, with 76.3% of this total ($1,031) going to City Signs and Designs in Granite City. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Sauget's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
