The campaign committee Elect Dallas Bigham Commissioner owes a $450 fine imposed on June 7, 2017, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $175 with Rhonda Bigham listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show three area campaign committees owe a combined total of $6,378.95 in pending fines.
