A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Monroe County Young Democrats was the only campaign committee in Waterloo that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Monroe County Young Democrats has yet to pay was imposed on May 20, 2016, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $5,000.
