Mark William Hoggard, 50 years old of Columbia, IL, passed away on April 22, 2019 in Columbia, IL. He was born July 9, 1968, in Belleville, IL.
Mark was a member of First Baptist Church of Waterloo. He was a commercial painter. His passions were cooking, painting and tinkering with items that needed repair.
Surviving are his sisters, Carolyn (Bob Gross) Hoggard of Waterloo, IL, and Kristine Hoggard of Columbia, IL; brothers, Gary Hoggard of St. Louis, MO, and David Hoggard of Columbia, IL; special nieces and nephews, Erica, Adam, Kaitlyn, Geoffrey, Megan, Kelsey, Samantha, and Karly; great nieces and nephews; best friends, Greg and Dylan Upchurch, along with other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Windel and Patricia, nee Slade, Hoggard, and his niece, Paige Hoggard.
Mark wished to be cremated, with a memorial service to be planned for a later date.
