I. Call to Order at 8:08 P.M. by Mayor Lowry

III. First Stage Fabrication Loan Application
Motion made by Council Member Esker seconded by Council Member Linnertz, to authorize approval to make a loan to First Stage Fabrication in the amount of $100,000 for a term of seven years at 1.5% interest with life insurance, personal guarantees and a second position on the equipment purchased. The vote was as follows: Esker, aye; Guebert, aye; Reed, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Linnertz, aye; Friess, aye; Donjon, aye; Harbaugh, aye. Motion carried.
IV. Approval of Final Listed Bills for FY’19
Motion made by Council Member Harbaugh, seconded by Council Member Hanebutt, to authorize approval of the list of final bills for FY’19. The vote was as follows: Guebert, aye; Reed, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Linnertz, aye; Friess, aye; Donjon, aye; Harbaugh, aye; Esker, aye. Motion carried.
V. Approval of Line Item Transfers
Motion made by Council Member Harbaugh seconded by Council Member Reed, to authorize approval of the FY’19 line item transfers, as submitted. The vote was as follows: Reed, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Linnertz, aye; Friess, aye; Donjon, aye; Harbaugh, aye; Esker, aye; Guebert, aye. Motion carried.
VI. Request from Ryan Dannenberg for Use of Picnic Tables – May 4, 2019
Motion made by Council Member Reed seconded by Council Member Harbaugh, to authorize approval to use the picnic tables from Ratz Park #4, with fee waived, on May 4, 2019. The vote was as follows: Reed, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Linnertz, aye; Friess, aye; Donjon, aye; Harbaugh, aye; Esker, aye; Guebert, aye. Motion carried.
