MOTION: by Stein, second by Terry to approve consent agenda
Roll Call: Stein, yea; Phillips, yea; Terry, yea; Restoff, yea; Doerflein, yea.
MOTION: by Doerflein, second by Phillips to enter into Closed Session for the purpose of appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees.
CLOSED SESSION: 6:49pm-8:14pm
MOTION: by Restoff, second by Phillips to exit Closed Session.
The next Board of Education meeting is set for Wednesday, March 20th, 2019 @ 6:30p.m.
MOTION: by Doerflein, second by Stein to adjourn.
Four in favor, none opposed.
