The vice-president called the meeting to order and directed the secretary to take roll. The roll was taken and Kyle Pursell,vice president and the following members were present: Scott Carney, Aaron Johnson and Gideon Hutchcraft. Greg Conway, Austin Marlow and Craig Lazenby were not in attendance. Also present were the following people: Scott Wagner, Barbie Templeton and Tyson Tanner.
A motion was made by Carney and seconded by Hutchcraft to approve the consent agenda. Roll call vote: Yes – Pursell, Hutchcraft, Carney and Johnson. Yes – 4 No – 0. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Carney and seconded by Hutchcraft to accept the bid from Egyptian Asphalt and Seal Coating at the cost of $29,000 for asphalt sealing, patching and striping for Pinckneyville Elementary and Jr. High. Roll call vote: Yes – Pursell, Hutchcraft, Carney and Johnson. Yes – 4 No – 0. Motion carried.

February/March Policy Manual Revisions - Informational

A motion was made by Carney and seconded by Hutchcraft to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing: The appointment, employment, conpensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body (5ILCS120/2(c)(1), as amended by P.A. 93-57) and Student disciplinary cases (5 ILCS 12-0/2(c)(9) and to discuss collective negotiating matters between public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberatons concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2).
