The following actions were taken on May 23 in the House on House bill HR394 ("kaskaskia watershed plan"): "Placed on Calendar Order of Resolutions", "Recommends Be Adopted Appropriations-Capital Committee", "Motion to Suspend Rule 21 - Prevailed", "Motion Filed to Suspend Rule 21 Appropriations-Capital Committee(Rep. Gregory Harris", "Assigned to Appropriations-Capital Committee", "Added Co-Sponsor Rep. Dan Ugaste", "Added Co-Sponsor Rep. Tim Butler" and "Added Co-Sponsor Rep. Lindsay Parkhurst".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Charles Meier (R-108) on May 20, "urges all four caucuses and the Governor to consider the Kaskaskia Watershed Comprehensive Plan when creating the upcoming fiscal year budget," according to the General Assembly website.
