Village of Coulterville Village Board met May 1.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
The Village Board of Coulterville was called to order at the Village Hall for special session at 7:00 pm.
Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, Campbell and Wright. Knope was absent. Wine was absent.
Moved by Wright, second by Campbell to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
NEW BUSINESS:
• Treasurer, Dale Schumer had presented the board with a 2020 fiscal year budget consisting of the business funds. This presentation was to relay information as to the village's financial status and future goals. This meeting is a result of that financial presentation. Items discussed were:
• revenues received from the 0.05% sales tax.
• expenses predicted for projects that will be under taken.
• Moved by Long, second by Dyson to approve a 3.5% pay raise to employees, for the fiscal year 2020. All Ayes.

Moved by Dyson, second by Campbell to adjourn at 7:47 pm. All Ayes.
