Village of Coulterville Village Board met April 1.

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to order in the Community Center for regular session at 7:00 pm.
Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, Knope, Campbell and Wright. Wine was absent.
Moved by Campbell, second by Knope to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes. Moved by Wright, second by Campbell to approve Minutes for March 18, 2019 regular meeting. All Ayes. Moved by Long, second by Knope, to approve payment of invoices for April 1, 2019. All Ayes.
REPORTS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Financial report: Nothing to report. Cemetery report: Nothing to report. Sewer report: Nothing to report. Park report: Scott Rust is hosting a volunteer group to help clean the parks on April 6, 2019. Trash/Recycle report: Nothing to report. Water report: Nothing to report Street report: The ditch and an uprooted tree along Cemetery Road need to be cleaned up.
PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT/GUESTS
Coulterville Area Chamber of Commerce will be disbanding. The High School Civics Class will paint markings on the walking track for the track team.
