MOTION: by Phillips, second by Stein to enter CLOSED SESSION for the purpose of selecting a New District Superintendent.
Five in favor, none opposed.
CLOSED SESSION: 7:04pm-7:58pm
MOTION: by Doerflein, second by Stein to exit Closed Session.
Five in favor, none opposed.
MOTION: by Klamm, second by Phillips to adjourn.
