ROLL CALL: Present – Diedra Resoff, Charles Stein, Misty Doerflein, Sherri Phillips,
Julie Klamm, Nick Terry
Absent- Katie Harsy
Visitors – None
MOTION: by Doerflein, second by Stein to enter CLOSED SESSION for the purpose of appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees.
Six in favor, none opposed.
CLOSED SESSION: 8:14am-1:56pm
MOTION: by Stein, second by Phillips to exit Closed Session.
Six in favor, none opposed.
The next Special Board of Education meeting is set for Thursday, April 4th @ 7:00pm.
MOTION: by Doerflein, second by Klamm to adjourn.
Six in favor, none opposed.
