City of Red Bud Economic Development Commission met May 22.

Commission Members Present: Butch Stellhorn, Greg Birchler, Rodney Nevois, Warren Frank, Larry Ingalls, Orvel Cox, Dan Koenigstein, Clem Esker
Commission Members Absent: John Tallman, Stuart Langrehr, Mike Reed
Others Present: Susan Harbaugh, Pam Poetker, Curt Guebert, Mike Rheinecker, Bill Hanebutt, Tim Lowry, David Friess, Josh McConachie, Jeremy DeMond, Mike Wiegand, Greg Blake
Chairman Esker called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
1. Gateway Fabrication Solutions (GFS) Overview / Potential Requests
Mike Wiegand and Greg Blake provided the group with an overview of Gateway Fabrication Solutions and all of its divisions. Highlights of the presentation included: Introductions of the owners, the company’s product lines, the impact GFS will have on other area industrial businesses, facility improvements, and future capital investments.
After the completion of the presentation, meeting attendees were given a tour of the facility.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
