City of Red Bud Cultural Committee met June 17.

Committee Members Present: Clem Esker, Kyle Donjon, Mike Rheinecker, Curt Guebert, Jeremy DeMond
Committee Members Absent:
Council Members Present: Bill Hanebutt, David Friess, Susan Harbaugh
Others Present: City Attorney Paul Ray, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Admin. Jeff Mueller, Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin. Assist. Pam Poetker, City Clerk Joanne Cowell
Others Absent: Mayor Tim Lowry
Committee Chairman Esker called the meeting to order at 7:13 P.M.
Old Business
I. Community Garden
Poetker reported that all of the gardens are planted. Farm Credit has ordered the picnic table, but it will be about six to eight weeks before it comes in. All seems to be going well. Harbaugh asked Poetker to put a picture on the FB page.
New Business
I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting May 20, 2019
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Rheinecker, to approve the minutes from the May 20, 2019 meeting. Carried
II. Request from UltraPlay for Approval to Have a Bounce House – Ratz Park - 09/14/19
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to authorize approval of the request from UltraPlay to have a bounce house at Ratz Park #1 &2 on September 14, 2019. Carried
III. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
None
