The Board of Education of Pinckneyville Community High School District #101, Perry County, Illinois, met in a special session on the 28th of May, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at the Pinckneyville Community High School in that district. The following officers and members of the Board were present: Greg Thompson, President; Lisa Stanton, Secretary; Brian Kellerman, Jennifer Robb, and Jeff Suchomski. Greg Bigham and Kyle Pursell were absent. Keith Hagene, Superintendent, and Tony Wilson, Principal, were also present.
Visitors present: Jeff Egbert and Roger Smith.
It was moved by Jeff Suchomski and seconded by Lisa Stanton to amend the agenda to allow public comment. Voice vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
No comments were made.
It was moved by Brian Kellerman and seconded by Jeff Suchomski to adopt Resolution No. 2019-1 authorizing a Notice to Remedy be served to Robert W. Simpson. Voice vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
It was moved by Brian Kellerman and seconded by Lisa Stanton to accept the resignation of Mr. Robert W. Simpson as Social Studies Teacher from Pinckneyville Community High School #101. Voice vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
It was moved by Jennifer Robb and seconded by Lisa Stanton to adjourn the meeting at 7:03 pm. Voice vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
