City Of Columbia, Il issued the following announcement on Aug. 21.
Tom and Ingrid Soraghan received their Yard of the Month certificate of appreciation from Aldermen Agne and Riddle at the City Council meeting Monday night. Tom is very passionate about his flowers and it shows!
