Egyptian Asphalt and Coating submitted a bid for painting parking lanes, curbs and crosswalks in the amount of $1,520.60. The board would like a revised quote, eliminating the areas on South Fourth Street. Those areas are not compacted enough since the oiling and chipping to paint yet. The board would like an additional quote for painting the basketball courts at the ball park.
The board discussed the weekend day patrols of the police department. Officers began last weekend and tickets are being issued for unlicensed UTV's and for all four-wheelers.
