Village of Hecker Zoning Board of Appeals met Oct. 8.
Here is the agenda provided by the board:
1. Call to Order.
2. Request of Joseph and Janet Gregson (a) for a special use permit to build a dwelling on the subject property and (b) for a variance to allow such dwelling to have a setback and a driveway other than would otherwise be required by the Zoning Code.
3. Closed session to deliberate on evidence presented at hearing (if requested).
4. Recommendation by Board to Village Trustees regarding application for special use permit and for variance.
5. Adjournment.
