1. Call to Order
Chairman Agne called the Committee of the Whole committee meeting of the City Council of the City of Columbia, Illinois to order at 7:07 p.m.
Upon Roll Call, the following members were:
Present: Committee Members - Chairman Agne and Aldermen Roessler, Holtkamp, and Martens. Mayor Hutchinson was also present.
Absent: Aldermen Ebersohl, Niemietz, Huch, and Riddle.
No quorum.
Administrative Staff Present: City Clerk Wes Hoeffken, City Administrator Doug Brimm, City Attorney Terry Bruckert, Director of Community Development Scott Dunakey, Accounting Manager/Treasurer Linda Sharp, EMS Chief Kim Lamprecht, Chief of Police Jerry Paul, City Engineer Chris Smith, and Deputy Clerk Kelly Mathews.
Adjournment
