City of Waterloo Joint Finance and Police Committee met Oct. 7.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm by Mayor Smith. In attendance were: Aldermen Heller, Notheisen, Darter, Trantham, Row, Thomas, Hopkins and Buettner. Shawn Kennedy, Tim Birk, Chief Prosise and Deputy Chief Luke.
Minutes of the previous JOINT Finance and Police Committee Meeting from 08-22-19 were approved at the 09-09-19 Utility Meeting.
Agenda Item 1: Petitions by citizens on non-agenda items. None.
Agenda Item 2: School Resource Officer. The School Resource Officer was discussed along with a draft contract for the Waterloo School District.
Motion to adjourn made by Alderman Buettner and seconded by Alderman Darter with all in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm.
