Village of Coulterville Village Board met Dec. 16.

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to order in the Community Center for regular session on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 7:00 pm.
Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, Knope, Wine, Campbell and Wright.
• Moved by Wine, second by Wright to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes.
• Moved by Campbell, second by Wine to approve Minutes for December 2, 2019 regular meeting. All Ayes.
• Moved by Long, second by Knope, to approve payment of invoices for December 16, 2019. All Ayes.
• Moved by Wine, second by Dyson to approve November 2019 Treasurer’s Report. All Ayes.
REPORTS AND COMMUNICATIONS
• Financial report: Nothing to report.
• Cemetery report: Nothing to report.
• Sewer report: Nothing to report.
• Park report: Lighting display has had numerous visitors.
• Trash/Recycle report: Nothing to report.
• Water report: Nothing to report
• Street report: Nothing to report
PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT/GUESTS
• Dayton Dalman from Dalman Disposal was present to announce that Republic has made an offer on their Coulterville route. All terms and conditions of the existing contract will remain the same after the sale. Coulterville will be informed if pickup days should change. The board has no objection to continuing but will check into the assignment. Dalman has provided great service and the village hopes that Republic will do the same.

PUBLIC COMMENT
NEW BUSINESS:
• Moved by Wine, second by Long to approve Christmas bonuses; full time employees to receive $250.00 and part time employees to receive $150.00. All Ayes
