      a. Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Selection of an Energy Savings Contractor.

      b. Approve an Energy Savings Contract with Trane U.S. Inc. for work at the High School and Middle School.

      c. Approve $2.5 million working cash bond.

      d. Approve supplemental salary to Co-Interim Transportation Directors.

      e. Approve employment of Amanda Hellmann, Middle School German teacher, for SY 2020-2021 (.75 FTE)

      f. Approve employment of Amanda Hellmann, Paraprofessional, for SY 2020-2021, (.25 FTE)

      g. Approve purchase of 40 additional cameras for buses.

      h. Approve amendment of HLS
