MOTION: by Doerflein, second by Restoff to approve Minutes of February Meeting

(Open & Closed)

MOTION: by Restoff, second by Melton to approve the Payment of Bills.

MOTION: by Doerflein, second by Restoff to approve Treasurer’s Report.

MOTION: by Restoff, second by Melton to enter into CLOSED SESSION @ 6:40pm.
