City of Du Quoin City Council met April 17.

The Minutes of the City Council of the City of Du Quoin, County of Perry, held on this 17th day of April in the year 2020, said meeting held via Webex in the Du Quoin City Hall.
Call to Order:
Mayor Alongi called the meeting to order at 11a.m. with the following individuals present by Webex teleconferencing: Mayor Alongi, Commissioners Jill Kirkpatrick, Bob Karnes, meeting the standards for a quorum and City staff Aaron Atkins and City Clerk Ruth Hale. Also joining by Webex teleconferencing were Jeff Ashauer and press representative Pete Spitler.
Resolutions:
A. 2020-R04-01: A Resolution to authorize Jeff Ashauer to conduct Public Hearings on Behalf of the City of Du Quoin to Provide Application Assistance to Local Businesses for the Downstate Small Business Stabilization Program (Final Approval). The Council approved for Final Approval.
