The Board of Education of Pinckneyville Community High School District #101, Perry County, Illinois, met in a regular session at 6:30 p.m. at the Pinckneyville Community High School in that district. The following officers and members of the Board were present: Greg Thompson, President, Brian Kellerman, Jeff Suchomski, Greg Bigham, Lisa Stanton, and Jennifer Robb. Kyle Pursell attended via telephone. Tony Wilson, Principal, attended via video conference call. Keith Hagene, Superintendent, was also present.
It was moved by Jeff Suchomski and seconded by Greg Bigham to approve the amended agenda as presented. Voice vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
It was moved by Lisa Stanton and seconded by Kyle Pursell to approve the consent agenda as presented. Roll call: Lisa Stanton, yes; Greg Thompson, yes; Greg Bigham, yes; Kyle Pursell, yes; Jennifer Robb, yes; Jeff Suchomski, yes; and Brian Kellerman, yes. All ayes. Motion carried.

The FY20 Amended Budget is available for public viewing in the District Office with the intent of adopting it at t the June meeting.

Roll call: Lisa Stanton, yes; Greg Thompson, yes; Greg Bigham, yes; Kyle Pursell, yes; Jennifer Robb, yes; Jeff Suchomski, yes; and Brian Kellerman, yes. All ayes. Motion carried.
It was moved by Lisa Stanton and seconded by Kyle Pursell to employ Thomas Cagle as part- time summer custodial help for up to twenty hours per week at current minimum wage.
