Committee Member Guebert called the meeting to order at 6:47 P.M.

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting April 20, 2020
Recommendation made by Committee Member Guebert, seconded by Committee Member DeMond, to approve the minutes from the April 20, 2020 meeting. Carried
II. Request from Randolph County Humane Society to Collect at 4-Way on October 2 & 3, 2020
Recommendation made by Committee Member Guebert, seconded by Committee Member DeMond, to approve the request from Randolph County Humane Society to collect at the 4-way on October 2, 2020, 2:00-6:00 P.M. and October 3, 2020, 8:00 A.M.-Noon, subject to COVID-19 restrictions being lifted. Carried
III. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
Donjon questioned and Poetker stated that all previous requests are being notified, in the case of COVID-19 restrictions.
