The Minutes of the City Council of the City of Du Quoin, County of Perry was held via Webex in the Du Quoin City Hall.
Call to Order:
Mayor Alongi called the meeting to order at 6:00p.m. with the following individuals present by Webex teleconferencing: Mayor Alongi, Commissioners Jill Kirkpatrick and Bob Karnes, meeting the standards for a quorum, and City staff Aaron Atkins, Treasurer Stephanie Cravens, and City Clerk Ruth Hale. Absent were Commissioner Genesio and Ward. Also joining by Webex teleconferencing were press representatives Pete Spitler and Renee Trappe.

Other Business
City Council meetings will continue to be conducted via Webex with flexibility to allow council members to attend in person or via teleconference. Reopening the meetings for in-person public attendance will be assessed when the city approaches Phase 4 of the Governor’s Restore Illinois plan.
