City of Waterloo Downtown Beautification Committee met June 15.

Attendance: Aldermen Trantham, Thomas, Notheisen, Darter, Hopkins of the committee. Plus Aldermen Buettner, Heller, Row, & mayor Smith. Shawn Kennedy an Sarah Deutch also present.
Meeting called to order @ 6:30 pm
No petitions by citizens on non-agenda items.
CITY OF WATERLOO WELCOME SIGNS: Distribution of materials from sign companies. Motion by Notheisen, second by Trantham, to select Summit signs. Pass 5-0
Discussion of the three presented options. Committee / attendees gave opinions of the presentation and decided to have Community Relations Coordinator Sarah Deutch share committee's comments with the sign builder, then come back with another option for review.

Motions by Thomas, second by Trantham to adjourn. Pass 5-0
