Sparta home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Sparta rose by $80,700 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 136.1% increase over the $59,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Sparta in March 2018.
