The Minutes of the City Council of the City of Du Quoin, County of Perry, was held in the Council Chambers of the Du Quoin City Hall.
Call to Order:
Mayor Alongi called the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m. with the following individuals attending meeting the threshold for a quorum: Commissioner Bob Karnes; and attending via teleconferencing Commissioners Michael Ward and Jill Kirkpatrick. City staff present included City Attorney Aaron Atkins and City Clerk Ruth Hale.
Resolutions:
A. 2020-R07-03: A Resolution Authorizing a Graduation Celebration for Du Quoin High School Senior Class of 2020 (Final Approval)
Motion: Commissioner Karnes
Second: Commissioner Kirkpatrick
Ayes: All
Nays: None
Adjournment:
The City Council adjourned at 12:08 p.m.
