Q1 2020 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Randolph County?

There were 19 offenders released on parole during the first quarter of 2020 that live in Randolph County, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by SW Illinois News.

The data shows that 12 men and seven women were released in Randolph County. The median age of the parolees was 34. The youngest parolee was a 22-year-old man sentenced for a property crime in 2019, and the oldest was a 48-year-old man sentenced for a crime involving one or more weapons in 2019.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Natasha D. Kincaid. She was convicted of a financial crime or fraud in 2019 when she was 42 years old. She is now 43.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below gives a breakdown of how many offenders were paroled in the first quarter of 2020 in each Randolph County municipality with at least one parolee in the quarter.
