Monroe County Board of County Commissioners met Oct. 21.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

The special meeting of the County Commissioners of Monroe County, Illinois was called to order at 1:01 p.m. by Chairman Elmore.

The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

County Clerk Jonathan McLean called the roll. Chairman Bob Elmore, Commissioner Vicki Koerber and Commissioner Dennis Knobloch were present.

The Chairman asked for public comments. There were no public comments.

Dustin Harmon with Bellwether presented an updated budget based on the feedback from department heads at the October 6, 2020 budget hearings.

County Clerk Jonathan McLean presented a list of County bills.

The following Accounts Payable having been approved for payment, Commissioner Koerber moved that the same be allowed and that vouchers be issued against their respective funds of the County Treasurer for payment. Motion seconded by Commissioner Knobloch. All voting Aye. None Nay. Koerber Absent. Motion carried.

There being no further business to come before the Board, motion by Commissioner Knobloch to adjourn. Second by Commissioner Koerber. All voting Aye. None Nay. None Absent. Motion carried.
