The Special Board Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m., with the following members present: Ginny Rusteberg, Andrea Blackwell, John Niebruegge, Justin Rohlfing, Stefanie Tyberendt (virtual), Brad Edler and Bob Frierdich.
Administrative Personnel present: Eric Frankford and Christy Massie.
Teachers present: Mark Mueller.
Guests present: Chris Harness, Jessica D'Anna, Scott Hardwick, Art Hagerst, and Andy.
Dispense with the minutes of the October 19, 2020 regular meeting.
HVAC TRANE presented their energy assessment that was done on the building.
