City Of Du Quoin issued the following announcement on Dec. 15.
Please Share: The Grinch will be doing Community Service at Du Quoin City Hall.
The Grinch was out at the Holiday Lights Fair last week trying to steal Christmas. The local Police detained him and brought him to see the Mayor.
In exchange for his release, he has agreed to do a few hours of Community Service and meet the Kids outside this Friday December 18th while the Children visit Santa at City Hall from 6 to 9 p.m.
Bring the kids up to See Santa, Mrs Claus and the Grinch.
