Committee Member Guebert called the meeting to order at 6:23 P.M.

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting September 21, 2020
Recommendation made by Committee Member Guebert, seconded by Committee Member Rheinecker, to approve the minutes from the September 21, 2020 meeting. Carried
II. Request & Resolution 20-007 for Holiday Lighted Parade - November 27, 2020, at 6 P.M.
Recommendation made by Committee Member Guebert, seconded by Committee Chairman Esker, to authorize approval of the request from the Red Bud Chamber of Commerce to host the lighted parade on November 27, 2020 at 6 P.M. and of Resolution No. 20-007, “A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF THE STREEET CLOSING FOR THE RED BUD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE LIGHTED PARADE/HOLIDAY HAPPENINGS”. Carried
III. Beautification Funding Request Letter
After discussion, this was tabled until after the results of the 4-way stop collection on
November 13-14, 2020. Leave on agenda.
IV. Chamber of Commerce Office Space at City Hall
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to authorize approval to enter into an agreement with the Red Bud Chamber of Commerce to use the extra office in city hall. Carried
V. Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
Committee Chairman Esker thanked Committee Member Guebert for acting as his eyes during the time that he is having eye problems.
