III. Interview of RFP respondents for Energy Efficiency, HVAC and Health Life and Safety projects with representatives from:

IV. Tentative award of Project (pending successful negotiation of contract terms) – To be approved at January 21st regular school board meeting.
V. Approve resolution providing for and requiring the submission of the proposition for election of board members at large and without restriction by area of residence within the district.
