The meeting of the County Commissioners of Monroe County, Illinois was called to order at 9:15am by Chairman Vicki Koerber.
The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Chairman Vicki Koerber, Commissioner Dennis Knobloch and Commissioner George Green were present.
Others present included County Clerk Jonathan McLean, State’s Attorney Lucas Liefer and Sheila Wetzler.
Commissioner Vicki Koerber asked for public comments. Pay Kelly told the Board that he cannot hear.

Brian Koontz came before the Board to present the monthly Oak Hill Care Center report.
Health Department Director John Wagner came before the Board to provide an update on COVID-19.
Commissioner Knobloch made a motion to approve an agreement with Kucero International, Inc. to provide updated aerial imagery to Monroe County for a cost of $52,300. Second by Commissioner Green. Laura Henry said that the City of Columbia and City of Waterloo have pledged $5,000 towards the project. The Village of Valmeyer has pledged $750. There is also a chance that 9-1-1 Board may be able to secure a grant to help cover the cost associated with this project. All voting Aye. None Nay. None Absent. Motion carried.
