Others Present: Mayor Tim Lowry, City Attorney Paul Ray, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Admin. Jeff Mueller
(Remote), Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin.
Assist. Pam Poetker, City Clerk Joanne Cowell
Committee Member Guebert called the meeting to order at 7:08 P.M. Committee Chairman Nevois requested participation in the meeting remotely, due to personal health reasons. There were no objections.

I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting January 18, 2021 Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Nevois, seconded by Committee Member Guebert to approve the minutes from the January 18, 2021 meeting. Carried
