Call to Order/ Roll Call 6:30 p.m.
President Meyer called the regular meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the District Board Room.
President Meyer welcomed the visitor present.
Welcome/ Recognition Of Visitors
Executive Session 6:31 p.m.
Motion made by Tamny Hines and seconded by Andrea Khoury to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of self-evaluation, practices and procedures or professional ethics, when meeting with a representative of a statewide association of which the public body is a member. 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (16)
On a roll call vote: Hemken-Aye, Hinęs-Aye, Khoury-Aye, Meyer-Aye, Middel kamp-Aye, Schumacher-Aye, Search-Aye.
The motion carried, 7-Aye, 0-Absent, 0-Nay
Adjournment 9:27 p.m.
With no further business to come before the Board, it was moved by Tyson Search, seconded by Adam Hemken to adjourn the meeting. President Meyer adjourned the meeting at 9:27 p.m.
On a roll call vote: Khoury-Aye, Meyer-Aye, Middelkamp-Aye, Schumacher Aye, Search-Aye, Hemken-Aye, Hines-Aye.
