Consideration and Action on Ordinance No. 1824 Authorizing an Amendment to the City of Waterloo, IL Revised Code of Ordinances, Chapter 40 Zoning, Section 40-1-15 Definitions, by the Addition of “Recovery Residence” and Section 40-2-3(B) General Zoning District Regulations, by the Addition of “Recovery Residence” as a Special Use Permit Required in the B-2 General Business District.

D. Consideration and Action on ¼ Page Ad to be Placed in the Tourism Times Fall Issue in the Amount of $780.00 to be Paid Out of the Hotel / Motel Tax Fund.

E. Consideration and Action on Purchase of City of Waterloo Booklet-Style Brochure (10,000 quantity) for the Amount of $2,306.90 to be Paid Out of the Hotel / Motel Tax Fund. F. J. Consideration and Action on Approval of a Special Event Permit Application from the Waterloo Citizens for a Pool for their Annual 5K to be held on September 18, 2021, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., to include the Closure of Third Street between Main and Market.

K. Consideration and Action on Approval of a Special Event Permit Application from the Stubborn German Brewing Company for StubbornFest 2021 to be held on Friday, October 1, 2021 3:00 p.m. through Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 11:00 p.m., to Include the Closure of Main Street from just south of Mill Street to Alley south of Stubborn German.
