D. Consideration and Action on Solicitation Request from the Waterloo Knights of Columbus for their Annual “Tootsie Roll” Fund Drive for Intellectual Disabilities to be held at the Intersections of Mill / Main and Hamacher / Rogers on September 18 and 19, 2021. (See attachment for times.)
