The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $663.16, 1.24% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in Ellis Grove in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mary A. Eaglebear (52) has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and four Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
