Falling home prices in Steeleville in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Steeleville fell by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 77.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 39.4% decrease over the $82,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Steeleville in the second half of 2020.
