A. Consideration and Action on a Request from the Life Network of Southern Illinois for Waiver of Building Permit & Inspection Fees in the amount of $344.10 for a Commercial Addition at their property located at 722 N. Market Street.

B. Consideration and Action on a Special Event Permit Application from the Waterloo Optimist Club / Firebird Fest for the Firebird Fest 22 Car Show to be held on May 21, 2022 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., to include the closure of Main Street between First and Fourth, Mill Street between Market and Church, and Third Street between Market and alley behind the RRR Bar.

C. Consideration and Action on Sharing the Cost of K-SHE Real Rock Remote Appearance at the Firebird Fest on May 21, 2022 in the amount of $1,200.00 (of $3,100.00 total cost) to be paid out of the Hotel / Motel Tax Fund.

D. Consideration and Action on a Special Event Permit Application from the Waterloo Porta Westfalica Fest Committee for their Annual Porta Westfalica Festival and Parade to be held on June 21, 2022, from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., to include the street closures of Mill, Main and Third around the Courthouse Square.

E. Consideration and Action on Approval of a Waterloo Beautification Application from Tony Groves for his property located at 130 W. Mill Street.

F. Consideration and Action on Approval of a Special Use Permit for a Home Occupation (Beauty Salon) from Erika Patel for her property located at 1211 Lou Del Street.
