November 2021: Chester experienced a 26.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Chester rose by $11,600 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,500 - a 26.4% increase over the $43,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Chester in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Chester for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,337, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
